  • I work in sterling silver, generally. Occasionally you will see 14k gold-filled pieces, brass pieces, and stainless steel pieces.

    Beads are generally vintage and usually glass, sometimes ceramic.

    Semi-precious stones are also usually vintage - unless there’s something you would like me to find in particular!

    Pearls are real, and sourced responsibly. Some pearls are vintage!

  • The best way to care for your jewelry is to wear it. Seriously! The more-often worn, the less the silver will tarnish.

    With that said, it’s best to treat handmade jewelry with care, which means: store it in a cool, dry place, and try to avoid extended water-time while wearing.

  • Ready-to-ship orders will ship within 3-5 days of order placement.

    Made-to-order pieces will ship within 2-3 weeks, depending on the piece.

    You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships!

    Shipping rates:

    • domestic, USPS priority mail: $8

    • international, USPS first class international, $18

    • orders over $150 will ship for free via ground advantage!

  • Returns and exchanges: I do not accept returns and exchanges, unless your piece arrives damaged or incomplete. If that’s what happens (yikes, I hope not), please email me within 7 days with a picture of the situation, and your order number.

    Repairs: all Tessa Corinne pieces have a 90 day warranty for free repairs. After 90 days, there is a small fee for repair. Customer is responsible for shipping to me, and I will cover the shipping back!
